Desanders & desilters
Our SUPERCLEAN® units are combined desanders & desilters and have different solids handling capabilities and flowrates from 150 to 300m3/hr.
Our desanders & desilters range from units with a capacity of 150 to 500m3/hr. Multiple units can be interlinked to provide plants capable of handling much higher flows and solids handling capacity.
Desilters normally work downstream of a desander, hence the name Supplementary Unit. The hydrocyclones separate solids much finer than sand and the hydrocyclone underflow is dewatered by a high performance linear motion shaker fitted with pre-tensioned fine mesh stainless steel screens.
