News : New SUPERCLEAN machines

For many years, PSD's range of SUPERCLEANŽ mud cleaners has been the choice of many customers looking for a cost effective, reliable and high performing single installation mud cleaner for flowrates of up to 180m3/hr.  The SUPERCLEANŽ 130C, 160 and 180 have stood the test of time, but the new mid range of SUPERCLEANŽ machines, including the 220DP & 250DP have introduced new features including an integrated staircase and discharge pumps, which have proved very popular with those who have used them.  The SUPERCLEANŽ 160 has been upgraded to become the SC160DP featuring a pump tank module with integrated staircase, automatic inverter controlled discharge pump and ground level control room.  The upgraded SUPERCLEANŽ 160DP is expected to be ready for work in March 2016. The success of the larger capacity SUPERCLEANŽ 300DP has led to PSD adding another to the fleet, which has gone straight out on a long rental, following its completion in January 2016.  The 3 stage mud cleaner incorporates a declined deck primary shaker, 3 No. 250mm desanding hydrocyclones mounted over a dewatering shaker, 12 No. 125mm desilting hydrocyclones, mounted over a double deck high performance dewatering shaker, automatic inverter controlled discharge pump and external access staircase.  Click here to view the technical data sheet for the SC300DP.
